Scholarships
A range of generous scholarships are available to both local and international graduate students through the Melbourne Scholarships Program, including:

- Studentships
Studentships provide funding to support graduate coursework and research students. They are funded by individual faculties, supervisors, industry partners etc., and suitability can be discussed with the department or sponsoring organisation.

JASON (Joint Academic Scholarships Online Network)
The Joint Academic Scholarship Online Network (JASON for short) is a national database that aims to assist students wishing to pursue graduate studies (either within Australia or internationally) gain access to current information regarding funding opportunities through various scholarship programs run through universities, charitable foundations, government and private institutions.
Australian students wishing to study at home or abroad, and international students wishing to study in Australia, can search the JASON database for relevant scholarships, browse scholarships in broad research fields, receive notifications of new or updated scholarships in areas of interest and even get advice on how to prepare the best scholarship application.

Tom Zucker Scholarship
The Tom Zucker Scholarship is exclusive to students enrolled in the graduate coursework program in Labour Relations Law who are employed by, or officials of, an Australian trade union or peak union organisation. This opportunity is provided to support the labour movement, a cause to which Mr Zucker was dedicated throughout his life.

The Australian Government offers a range of scholarships to assist international graduate students studying in Australia. Funding may be provided through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
