Eugénie Buckley, a regular teacher in our sports law program, was recently interviewed by Lawyers Weekly regarding her exciting role as tournament director of the 2009 Women's Cricket World Cup.
Eugénie says being a sports lawyer gives you the opportunity to take party in many aspects of the business. "You're working with the senior management team on your strategic direction on the commercial deals, you're also looking after the national teams and high performance and domestic leagues," she says.
