Professor Michael Jacobs

Michael Jacobs is a leading US antitrust scholar and Professor at DePaul University. He advised on the drafting of the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law and consults with antitrust enforcement agencies in the US, Europe and Asia. In 1998–99, he was a Visiting Scholar with the ACCC and in 2000 he was the Fulbright Distinguished Chair (in competition law) for Italy. For the past ten years he has been a special consultant to the law firm Blake Dawson in Australia.
