Mark Drumbl is the director of the Transnational Law Institute and a Professor of law at Washington and Lee University. He teaches in public international law, international environmental law, international criminal law, mass atrocity and human rights, and contracts. His most recent book is Atrocity, Punishment, and International Law, published by Cambridge University Press in 2007.
