Dr David Kershaw

David Kershaw is a Senior Lecturer at the London School of Economics, teaching law of business associations, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a senior researcher in the LSE’s Financial Markets Group. He has first-class honours from the University of Warwick and a masters degree and doctorate from Harvard. He qualified as a solicitor with Herbert Smith and has practised corporate law with Wolf Theiss & Partners in Vienna and Shearman & Sterling in New York and London. He writes and researches in corporate governance, accounting regulation, takeover regulation and shareholder activism.
