Professor David Caudill

David Caudill is the Arthur M Goldberg Family Chair in Law at Villanova University, where he teaches legal ethics, property law and a seminar on expert testimony. Professor Caudill has published extensively in the field of expert evidence and he was the 2007/2008 Société de Chimie Industrielle (American Section) Fellow at the Chemical Heritage Foundation, where his research focused on toxicological expertise in the courtroom.
Prior to joining Villanova in 2005, he taught sports and entertainment law, contracts and legal ethics at Washington and Lee University and practised law in California and Texas.
