Mr Damien Eastman

Damien Eastman joined the International Monetary Fund’s legal department in 2003. He provides advice on legal aspects of the Fund’s relations with its members and international organisations.
Damien previously practised in the corporate and litigation departments at Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney and the London offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in international arbitration and public international law. Damien holds a BA from the University of Sydney, an LLB from the University of Technology, Sydney and an LLM from Harvard, specialising in international arbitration and commercial and negotiation theory and practice.
