Professor Christian Johnson

Christian Johnson teaches corporate law and tax at the University of Utah and taught at Loyola University Chicago for 13 years. He has published five books and many articles on corporate finance, lending, derivatives and banking. He lectures on corporate finance at institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the Canadian National Centre for Business Law and recently testified before US Congress about financial regulatory reform.
He was previously an associate for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York and Mayer, Brown in Chicago and was a CPA with Price Waterhouse.
