Our 2009 program covers an exciting range of contemporary legal issues to ensure we meet the changing needs of our students. Some of our forthcoming subjects include:

Justice and the World's Resources
Daphna Shraga, Principal Legal Officer in the Office of Legal Affairs at the United Nations will teach this innovative subject. New to the program in 2009, it will focus on the principles of justice in the allocation of the world's resources and the legal and institutional framework of resource-management regimes.
