Plagiarism

Plagiarism constitutes an academic offence for which students can be disciplined. Students should refer to the University's policy on Academic Honesty and Plagiarism. Reference should also be made to the University's regulations on Assessment (Statue 12.2) and Student Discipline (Statute 13.1).

Graduate law students should use standard citation styles in accordance with the Australian Guide to Legal Citation and take all possible care to avoid plagiarising.
